Over the course of eight remarkable years of marriage, She has been blessed with the privilege of nurturing two extraordinary children, teaching her the art of balancing a thriving career with a fulfilling family life.

Kelsey embarked on her career journey in 2012, stepping into the world of property management. She began as an Asset Manager for a private commercial real estate firm, expertly overseeing a complex portfolio comprising office spaces, industrial facilities, and warehouse buildings.

​

In 2016, Kelsey transitioned to managing a diverse portfolio of Homeowner Associations in Orange County, which included condominiums, single-family homes, and a master-planned community. During this time, her exceptional dedication and work ethic earned her a nomination for the prestigious "Own It Award" from FirstService Residential showcasing her unwavering accountability, responsibility, and commitment to success as a well-rounded Manager. In 2017, Kelsey was also nominated for the CAI “Rookie of the Year” award. As a Portfolio Community Manager from 2016 to 2018, Kelsey's commitment to maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication led to her inclusion in the esteemed "100 Percent Club" at FirstService Residential. This honor acknowledged her role in client retention through her hard work and outstanding engagement with clients and communities.

In 2018, Kelsey’s relentless drive and focused mindset resulted in her appointment as the dedicated on-site General Manager for a luxury, mid-rise private community. Here, she managed 534 condominium units housing over 2,500 residents, overseeing 11 acres of landscaping, 2 parking structures, 3 pools, 3 gardens, common areas, and community projects. Kelsey also skillfully led a team of 7 on-site employees. Kelsey's commitment to excellence continued to shine as she earned the FirstService Residential "Service Excellence Award" in 2020. This prestigious recognition celebrated her embodiment of core values, exemplifying service excellence by consistently delivering exceptional performance for clients and fellow team members.

Driven by a determination to grow and better serve her communities, Kelsey earned both the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) certification and the internationally recognized Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification. In 2022, she further expanded her knowledge by attending the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Large Scale Community workshop.

In 2022, Kelsey seized a new opportunity in a business development and sales role with a prominent landscaping company. In this capacity, she fostered strong client relationships and networking connections by actively participating in CAI and CMCA industry events while creating her own client-focused events. Kelsey took responsibility for client success through retention and identifying new opportunities, all while overseeing the operations involved in the proposal process.

Kelsey's passion for business development and marketing has culminated in her current role as Director of Marketing at Riley, Pasek, Canty LLP. Here, she eagerly applies her extensive skills and experience to drive significant results for the firm, making her a valuable asset to the team.
