Jeff Webster is the Director of Business Services for Riley Pasek Canty LLP. He has spent the last 27
years in the community association and property management industry, both as an executive for a
community association management company and as a service provider. Mr. Webster’s knowledge and
professional experience give him a unique advantage working with community association managers
and Boards of Directors dealing with construction defect issues.

Over the years, Mr. Webster has been an active member of many trade organizations such as the California Association of Community Mangers (CACM), the Community Associations Institute (CAI), theArizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM),the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) to name a few. He has sat on the Board of Directors for multiple chapters of the Community AssociationsInstitute and participated on many committees in the various trade organizations.

Jeff was born and raised in the resort town of Sun Valley, Idaho where he spent most of his time outdoors skiing, hiking, fishing, camping, biking and spending time with family and friends. He also developed a passion for wine when he moved to Northern California to work for a community association general council and construction defect law firm. He still spends several weekends a year in Napa Valley and is also a part owner of a wine bar in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Webster currently lives in Orange County, California where he helps educate community association managers and Boards of Directors on construction-related issues and construction defect litigation.
