Corbin W. Higdon is a Senior Associate at Riley Pasek Canty Seltzer LLP. Mr. Higdon has been practicing law for nearly 10 years, primarily litigation in Oregon and Washington as a defense attorney.
Through his time working as defense counsel, Mr. Higdon has first-hand experience with the logic, thought processes, and protocols for all parties to a construction defect dispute, including insurance coverage issues. This experience places him in a particularly advantageous position when attempting to negotiate a resolution to a complex case, by leveraging the interests and obligations of all potentially liable parties.
With a wide range of experience, from defending builders and developers of high-rise developments covered by OCIPs to representing artisanal contractors, Mr. Higdon is prepared to present arguments against any and all participants in order to maximize recovery for his clients.

Mr. Higdon earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. He resides in Vancouver, Washington with his wife and young daughter.
