Breanna Krumins

Breanna Krumins is the Director of Operations at Riley Pasek Canty LLP. Breanna is an Alumna of California State University East Bay where she graduated with her Bachelors in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Services and Psychology minor. After graduating college, Breanna joined CJM Association Services Inc. as the receptionist before quickly finding herself joining the management team. In 2015, she became a Certified Community Association Manager through California Association of Community Managers.​

Breanna has spent her career as a portfolio manager and navigated the ranks to being a Senior Certified Community Association Manager. During her tenure as a portfolio manager, Breanna worked daily towards the betterment of her communities. Whether it be supporting and guiding Boards of Directors through the ins and outs of new laws, reviewing financials and securing loans and special assessment approval, or her commitment and involvement in community wide projects such as siding replacement, dry rot/paint, roof replacements, asphalt work, and beyond, Breanna found no challenge too big or too small.

Breanna brings to the firm her working knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a Community Association and how to connect directly with the Boards of Directors and community members to effectively meet everyone’s needs.

When Breanna is not working, she can be found hiking trails throughout the Bay Area, attending San Jose Sharks games, or watching “Guy’s Grocery Games” on the Food Network.
